Do your duty. Always.
Waste Compliance Duty of Care
One size doesn’t fit all
We’re all different. We embrace that. We work with businesses of all shapes and sizes, creating unique and tailored waste management plans. This ensures that your waste management plan best suits your business specifics. One thing that will always remain the same however, is your plan will be fully compliant with all recycling and waste legislation.

- The responsibility lies with the waste producer to make sure their waste is disposed of correctly:

Sort
Separate your waste into different categories and clearly label different containers

Transport
Ensure the carrier of waste has in place a waste transfer licence – legal requirement

Dispose
The disposal point e.g. landfill or recycling facility must be correctly licenced for that disposal of waste

Store
Waste must be stored in separate waste streams with no cross-contamination i.e. leaking, seeping or overflowing of wastes

Treat
All non-hazardous waste materials must be treated prior to disposal – reuse, reduce, recycle
